Porcelain veneers instantly reshape your teeth and smile. Made from high-quality porcelain in the finest labs in the world, your veneers are ultra-thin, custom made ceramic restorations placed on the front of your teeth. Most cosmetic dental problems, such as chipped, gapped, stained, discolored, aged or misaligned teeth, can be solved with porcelain veneers. The Process:
At the first office visit, we will discuss your goals for your new smile. At the second, your teeth are prepared for porcelain veneers. The porcelain veneer is incredibly thin, so only a small amount of enamel from the surface of the tooth needs to be removed. Unlike crowns or caps, veneers require very little reduction of the natural tooth. Impressions are made, and temporary veneers are placed, which look like the final product. These temporary veneers are adjusted to allow us to create the exact size and shape of veneers that look perfect for your smile. The porcelain veneer is then custom-designed to fit naturally and perfectly over each individual tooth, using the temporaries as a guide for size and shape. Within three weeks, you will return to have your new custom-made veneers put into place.

You will adjust to your new porcelain veneers in about two weeks. They will look, function and feel the same as your natural teeth. Many clients find that veneers are even better because they resist staining. Another benefit is that there are no food restrictions. Once they are placed, you can resume your normal diet.
